ATOMIC THE BRAND ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://atomicthebrand.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs for your order are calculated and displayed during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery times usually take between 2 to 7 working days for Australian deliveries and sometimes longer for remote areas. These delivery times relate only to business days, Monday to Friday, and exclude weekends and Australian public holidays.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver by the estimated timeframe, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with transport partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery times usually take between 6 to 30 working days sometimes longer for remote areas. These delivery times relate only to business days, Monday to Friday, and exclude weekends and Australian public holidays.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver by the estimated timeframe, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with transport partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date.

DISPATCH TIME
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order.
Our storehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the storehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
We are not able to change the delivery address of an order once it has been paid for.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
If a buyer provides an inaccurate or incomplete address which results in the package being returned to us, a new shipping & handling fee may be charged for the package to be re-sent. If the buyer asks that the order be refunded rather than re-sent, the refund will not include the cost of shipping and handling.

P.O. BOX SHIPPING
ATOMIC THE BRAND will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. 

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. If an item is out of stock, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a Shipment Confirmation containing your tracking number(s) from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DUTIES & TAXES
Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website. ATOMIC THE BRAND is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and ATOMIC THE BRAND encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to ATOMIC THE BRAND at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order
has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

PROCESS FOR PARCEL DAMAGED OR LOST IN-TRANSIT
ATOMIC THE BRAND is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
